Jocelyn Hattab

He was born in Tunisia in 1942, emigrated to Paris, France in 1945 and then to Israel in 1969. Father of 4 and grand father of 14. Lives in Jerusalem. Graduate of Paris Medical school; Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry at Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Psychoanalysis at Israeli Institute. Since 1976, Director of the Donald Cohen Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Jerusalem Mental Health center, affiliated with the School of Medicine of Jerusalem. He is involved in many educational and welfare projects and agencies in Jerusalem and throughout Israel. Chairman of Faculty of Psychiatry and Senior Lecturer at Hebrew University Medical School. Board examiner in Child and Adult Psychiatry. He is former President of the Israel Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Society, former Secretary of Israel Psychoanalytic Society and former Assistant Secretary of the International Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions and Co-Editor of its Bulletin. Dr. Hattab is actively involved in many international and local congresses and conferences
