Theresa Claxton is a mental health consumer and peer advocate. She currently sits as chair of the Ontario Association of Patient Councils and co-chair of the North York General Hospital Participants' Council (Toronto). She sits on various boards including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and actively participates on numerous committees locally, provincially and nationally.
